It's official, we're moving to South Carolina, a dippy little town between Columbia and Charlotte. Should be moved in a few weeks and then the play and blogging should resume something resembling a normal schedule.
We've had some interesting news on my wife's health front. She has not one but two conditions that make it hard to have any energy. She can't absorb vitamin B12 naturally, and she's got an autoimmune disorder called Myesthenia Gravis which means her immune system is attacking her muscles. Both are eminently treatable.
Baseball's playoffs start tomorrow. It totally blows chunks that the Sox aren't in there but when you play for two months with four ninths of your starting lineup on the DL it's kinda hard to win.
The Yankees are playing like crap but they're better than the Twins. The Rays are better than the Rangers. The Phillies are better than the entire rest of the NL combined. I'll go with Rays and Phils and probably give the Phils the edge.
Oh and I'm probably going to start a blog about social and political crap once I get to South Carolina just to keep myself sane.
